Click to Close Coaching, step two of the method

Turn "great meeting you" into clients.

You're getting attention. You're not getting clients. In six one-on-one sessions we find where people drop off between your post and your calendar, then build the follow-up that closes them.

Six 60-minute sessions for owner-operators, realtors and professionals, or the marketing manager running it for you.

You don't need more posting.

You're already doing the hardest part: meeting people and starting conversations. The problem isn't effort. It's that there's nothing behind it, so leads disappear into DMs, business cards and "I'll follow up later".

You don't need a complicated system you'll never use. You need a simple path that works with your actual day.

  • Lead captured

  • Meeting booked

  • Follow-up sent

  • Pipeline tracked

  • Client signed

Six sessions, one path.

Your Digital Audit's top three priorities set the order. Every session ends with one thing to implement before the next.

1. Your numbers and your goal

Your Scorecard baseline: traffic, leads, booked calls, clients. We set the one revenue target the next 12 weeks serve.

2. Your offer and your message

Who it's for, what it costs, and the one sentence that makes the right person book.

3. Your conversion path

Bio, website, booking link and checkout, so every channel points to one next step.

4. Content that converts

Your content pillars and a 30-day plan built to start conversations, not chase views.

5. Follow-up that closes

Confirmation, nurture and "not yet" sequences in your CRM, so no lead goes quiet.

6. Close and measure

We rerun your Scorecard against the baseline and set your next 90 days.

Good questions

Do I need the Digital Audit first?

Yes. It's free, and it tells us where your leads are going quiet, so the six sessions start with what will move revenue first.

Can my marketing manager do it instead?

Yes. Same six sessions, with them in the room, and many owners join the first and last. We prefer to work with the decision makers who can move the needle, so the improvements to your strategy and marketing plan actually last.

How long does it take?

Six 60-minute sessions, usually over about 12 weeks, with homework between each one so there's time to implement.

What happens after?

Most clients book a VIP Content Day to film the content, or move to a retainer if they want it built with them, with support for their launch and ongoing marketing. We specialize in Click to Close, event launches and converting more clients.
