Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Ready to Launch Consulting (Meghan Simington) collects through meghansimington.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and in plain language. If anything is unclear, email info@meghansimington.com.

What we collect

  • What you give us. Your name, email, phone, business details and answers when you book a call, request a Digital Audit, fill in a questionnaire, run a scorecard, buy a ticket or email us.

  • How you use the site. Pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived. This comes from cookies and similar tools described below.

  • Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you, book and run calls, deliver audits, coaching, VIP Days and other services you ask for.

  • To send your scorecard results and, if you agree, occasional marketing emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

  • To understand how the site is used and make it clearer and easier to use.

  • To manage payments, records and our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

The tools we use

We rely on trusted service providers to run the business. They process your information on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms:

  • Squarespace hosts this website.

  • Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics show us how visitors use the site. Clarity captures how you move, click and scroll on our pages so we can improve the experience. Microsoft and Google may collect and use this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Google's Privacy Policy.

  • HoneyBook manages our booking, forms, proposals, contracts and invoices.

  • Mailchimp sends our emails.

  • Zapier passes information between these tools, and Google Workspace stores records.

  • Stripe processes payments.

Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use them to keep the site working and, with analytics tools, to understand how it is used. You can choose which cookies to allow in the cookie banner, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work without analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires for business and tax records. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices

  • Ask to see the personal information we hold about you.

  • Ask us to correct it.

  • Withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

  • Ask us to delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons.

Email info@meghansimington.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we work to keep your information protected.

Children

This site and our services are for adults in business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tools or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
